Understanding Accuse Stats

Charge Stats in the Tesla app helps you empathize your vehicle'southward charging beliefs and how it relates to your full spending and savings from charging a Tesla vehicle.

Note: To access this feature, the master vehicle owner must take Tesla app version 4.5.ane or higher and the vehicle must have software version 2021.44.25 or higher.

Charging History

From the Tesla app, select 'Accuse Stats.' View your vehicle's charging history which includes the energy charged (in kWh) and estimated spending of your vehicle'south charging toll from the previous 31 days. To view the total energy charged and spending for a specific day, tap and concur on the mean solar day in the graph. You can also view the percentage of your vehicle's total accuse based on type of charging location. The type of charging location currently consists of:

home icon

Abode Charging

Home charging costs are calculated using your utility charge per unit plan you set up in the app for all charging that happens at your Home location.

supercharger icon

Supercharger

Supercharging costs are displayed using your Tesla vehicle's billing data over the time period.

other icon

Other

Other refers to the cost of all charging that occurs at locations except your Home or Tesla Superchargers. Past default, Other is calculated using the average estimated toll of electricity for your region. You can simply update the price with your ain estimate for charging at other locations.

Gas Savings

The Gas Savings are derived from the cost of charging your Tesla vehicle and the estimated cost of gas while driving a comparable gasoline vehicle* inside the terminal 31-twenty-four hour period menses. The total spent on charging is determined by:

Full Spent on Charging = Price at Home + Cost at Superchargers + Cost at Other Locations

Gas Savings is an estimate of how much money you save by driving a Tesla as opposed to a comparable gasoline vehicle. Gas savings is determined by:

Gas Savings = Gas Equivalent Cost in a Gasoline Vehicle – Total Spent on Charging

*Tesla has assumed a fuel economic system of 28 miles per gallon for Model three and Model Y and 21 miles per gallon for Model S and Model X for a comparable gasoline vehicles.

Average Price

You can view the average toll per kWh for each type of charging location for your vehicle.

Oft, charging your Tesla vehicle at habitation is the cheapest option, and your savings may increment by switching to a time-of-use charge per unit plan designed for EV charging, if available.

For authentic insights of your savings and costs, set charging costs for the ii charging locations: Home and Other.

For Home Charging

For Other Locations
Past default, other locations utilize a default price based on the boilerplate estimated cost of electricity in the relevant region. Yous can personalize this to more accurately reflect your feel with a price per kWh estimate of your charging at your about frequent charging locations by modifying the custom rate.

Fourth dimension-of-Employ at Home

You can view the total Dwelling charging energy in % or kWh that was used for your vehicle in each of your time-of-use rate plan's off-peak, mid-peak and tiptop periods. Tap on the bars to toggle between % or kWh view.

Why don't I encounter the Accuse Stats characteristic in the Tesla app?

Why don't I meet all of my charging sessions?
The Charge Stats feature adds up all charging that occurred for each type of charging location by 24-hour interval.

Why does a unmarried charging session show up over two days in the charging history graph?

In the Gas Savings section, if the Gas Equivalent is equal to or lower than your Total Spent, you will see no savings. Review how much your vehicle is charging during the peak menstruation and consider scheduling your vehicle charging at off-peak or mid-peak periods.
