How to Customize the Share Menu on Your iPhone or Mac

On the iPhone, you can edit the Share menu from any app that gives you access to it. Any changes you make to this menu are reflected in every other app, not just the one that you used to make the changes in.

Here's how to customize the iPhone's Share menu to your liking:

Open the Share menu using any app on your iPhone. If you aren't sure which app to use, open the Photos app, access a photo in full size, and tap the Share icon at the lower-left corner.
The middle row shows all of the apps that you can share your selected content with. To edit this list, scroll right and tap the More option, then tap Edit in the top-right corner.
Use the toggles next to each app to add or remove it from the Share menu. You can also add apps to your Favorites and rearrange them by dragging the handles.
You can edit the actions in the Share menu as well, which are beneath the row of apps. Scroll down and tap Edit Actions to do this. On older versions of iOS, you need to scroll right on the actions row and select More.
Add the actions that you want to enable to your Favorites. You can also change the order of the actions by dragging the handles.

The Mac's Share menu works pretty much the same way as the iPhone Share menu. You can customize the menu from the control-click options as follows:

Control-click on any file in the Finder, select Share, and click More.
You'll see a list of items that you can add and remove from the Share menu.
Tick the items that you want to keep in the menu; untick the items you want to remove.
Your changes will save automatically.
